Smallest and Largest DTF Design Size

Minimum DTF Design Size

The smallest individual design or logo we allow is 0.25 inch x 0.25 inch (6.5mm x 6.5mm).

If a part of your larger design is smaller than 0.25 inches (ex. ® symbol), that is okay. Just make sure it meets the minimum line thickness of 0.02 inches (0.5mm).


To make sure you design meets the 0.02" (0.5mm) thickness, just follow these steps:

  1. Make a circle in your design software that is 0.02 inches
  2. Move that circle over your design, checking the thinnest parts
  3. If the circle completely covers or overlaps parts of your artwork, then that design element is too thin.


Maximum DTF Design Size

The largest 'DTF Transfer by Piece' size we allow is 20" x 20" but Gang Sheets are available in larger sizes.

The widest we can print DTF is 20 inches (50.8cm). While the length isn't limited, if you need to order artwork longer than 50 inches (127cm), please contact us to discuss details.
