How To Apply DTF Transfers
"DTF by Wellington" transfers are extremely easy to apply. Just follow these application steps:
Application Instructions:
- Set your heat press to 290°F (143°C)
- Use Medium pressure (#5 on Hotronix press)
- Press for 12-15 seconds
- Peel Hot or Cold
- *Optional (cover with a kraft paper sheet and press again for 5 seconds for a matte finish and softer hand)
Wellington House DTF Transfers can be applied to multiple different types of fabrics and even some hard surfaces. Here are some fabrics we have tested and had success with:
- 100% Cotton
- 100% Polyester
- Cotton/Poly blends
- Tri-blends
- Lycra/Spandex
