You will receive email notifications throughout the entire DTF production process. This includes when your order is 'In Production', when 'Production Is Finished', and if you are picking up locally, 'Order Complete - In Will Call'.
If you are ever curious about where your order is, you can check the status online in the My Orders section of your account, or on the
Order Status page.
You can contact our team if you urgently need an update and estimated time of completion. However, because errors or malfuntions in the printing process can require us to reprint some or all of your transfers, we can only give estimated finish times.
