If your order is still 'Waiting To Be Processed', then YES, you can request to cancel the order. Simply login to your account, click on the order you want to cancel, and use the 'Cancellation Request' button.
If we are able to cancel your order, there will be a $10.00 Fee. You will receive an email notification to verify the order has been cancelled and you will be issued a refund.
If your order status has changed to 'In Production', then NO, we have already started printing and your order cannot be cancelled.
Some exceptions can be made, depending on the timing, the size of the order, etc... But the above rules will apply to most orders.
