You will need to hire a graphic designer or someone who specializes in creating illustrations and artwork for t-shirts.

Help With Your DTF Design

When submitting your DTF order, just select YES from the "Help From Designer" dropdown. This will add a one-time $25.00 fee, but it is the best way to ensure your design will print it's best.
